In a Catholic Story Group, you’re invited to explore a story from your life and encounter God—the Author of all stories—who is continually calling you toward deeper healing, wholeness, and holiness.

Led by therapists personally trained by the founder to provide these groups, each session offers a gentle, structured space for discovery, connection, and growth.

Through guided reflection, writing, and group sharing, you’ll begin to:

• Understand your story more clearly – Discover how your past experience has shaped your present, and how God has been at work all along.

• Craft and share your story in a safe, sacred space – Experience what it’s like to be deeply seen, known, and loved while recognizing God’s redemptive work in your life.

• Grow in healthy embodiment – Learn to attune to others with greater depth, compassion, and presence.

• Learn essential relational repair skills – Explore how to navigate hurt both given and received—with honesty and grace. This is a must-have life skill!
