Aidan Culloton

Co-owner, Therapist, MA, MFT-TEMP, ASDI

My name is Aidan Culloton, and I have the great privilege of co-owning this counseling practice alongside my wife, Delaney. Since we launched the practice, it has been deeply fulfilling to witness the growth and impact it has had on the lives of those we serve. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and also had the formative experience of being a college athlete at Saint John’s University. My time as a student-athlete shaped not only my discipline and resilience but also deepened my understanding of the unique challenges that athletes face—especially when balancing the demands of competition with their personal and spiritual growth. Because of this, I have a strong desire to support student-athletes as they navigate the rigor of athletics while staying rooted in their faith and identity. I am certified in Brainspotting and trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which equips me to work effectively with trauma, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics. I also have a particular passion for working with teens on the autism spectrum, helping them build confidence, improve communication, and develop tools to thrive socially and emotionally.

As a therapist, I see the counseling process as a journey walked together. A movement toward greater wholeness, freedom, and communion with Christ, who is the source of all healing. We are made in love and for love, and through therapy—grounded in grace, truth, and compassion—we can rediscover our identity as beloved sons and daughters of God.
